Synthesis: All these words can describe man and woman.

Divergence: A cognoscenti would preferr wine, beer, and etc…

Analysis: circum is around and vent is come, ex is from and culpa is blame, helio is sun and tropic is turned toward

Evaluation: The criminal shouldn’t be exculpated if the methods used by the police to catch the criminal are themselves illegal and unconstitutional because sometimes telling the truth can break the laws created by man.

Intuition: When I am an octagenarian, my hobby will be watching NBA games live.

Emotion: With a vivacious personality, you will feel happy and hyper.

Aesthetics: Yes, I can imagine making a sculpture out of a pellucid substance. I would just try to bend the crystal using fire and create something out of that.

Cell phone rules are necessary because they teach people etiquettes of the communication world. We need this because nobody wants to be yelled at another person. That would be very embarassing and ashaming. Also, these rules can help save your life. Now, that got your attention.

Putting your phone’s ringer on silent when in restaurants and movie theaters was important to me. I remember one day when I was watching some movie, my phone rang, and everybody was yelling at me to turn off my phone. It was one of the worst days of my life. It didn’t feel that bad because nobody could see me. Trust me. It was still bad.

Hanging up and driving should be really important to all people. The dumbest car accident you can get in is when you’re calling and driving at the same time and you crash because you couldn’t hold the handle right or you were too absorbed in the conversation. That would be the most stupidest mistake anybody can make in their lives. Dying because you were driving and calling would be a bad decision. I would rather die in war than in a car accident.

Intuition: I would like to chat about the inanimate object’s or material’s life.

Emotion: The emotions would be nice and smooth. It could be suave possibly.

This world has been changing lately. It’s changing everyday. Maybe in one house you have a little two year old talking and in another a three year old working a computer. Technology has been changing, but the younger generation is ready. How is it going to affect their minds and work ethic?

I think that this new technology will not change their work ethic as much. Maybe the kids might be lazy enough to write their thinking all out, but other than that it won’t change their work ethic a lot. The kids might be fat from sitting around because they haven’t been exercising. This might be the case of laziness. It depends if the kid runs or works out.

The age at what some kids can speak or work complex machines is amazing. The first time I spoke my first words was when I was four. The kid in the article spoke his first two words when she was 2. I know a kid who is three and he knows how to work the computer. It is fascinating how little kids can learn so fast.

Synethesis: pedagogue,demagogue, ecocentric

Divergence: The principles of the Constitution should remain sacrosanct. Racism and discrimination should be reexamined because it hurts many people’s minds and feelings.

Analysis: ego means I and centric means center, egocentric means self-centered, andro means man,  gyn means descendant, ous means full, androgynous means full of man descendant or female descendant

Evaluation: The student behabior is good where it is at. An important decision that should belong to the administration is when some children is having bad feelings because for example their mother or father had cancer or something horrible. An important decision that should belong to the students is doing drugs. Having teachers telling them not to do drugs will get the students to want to do drugs. It depends on the mistake. If the student has been smoking, the students shouldn’t be allowed to have a vital learning experience because the student might convince other people to try it. If the student was beating up somebody, they can use that as a vital learning experience because it isn’t as serious as smoking and doing drugs.

Intuition: I would have cussed him out or discrimated him because of his race.

Emotion: I would feel sad for a person that is self-centered because they wouldn’t share with other people. I would feel scared if a person that was pugnacious was standing over me. I would be annoyed if I had a friend that was loquacious.

Aesthetics: All great music isn’t euphonic because everybody has opinions about music. It isn’t possible to create a piece of great music that is partially or totally cacophonous because there will be some people that say that the music isn’t even cacophonous. There can’t be something that is not pleasing to hear or see but it can be considered art and be pleasing to the mind.

Internet is a essential part to our lives, which is those who use internet. We use internet for fun, but mostly we use internet for educational purpose when we are school. Some people in the world think that internet is stupid or its scary using the internet. That’s the lamest excuse I’ve ever heard. First of all, how is internet scary? I can understand some reasons like computerphobia, but besides that reason there should be no other reason. The other reason is that internet is stupid. More than half of the people living in the U.S. is using the internet. Are they stupid? I don’t think so. I wonder why job applications are going online now onto the internet. Maybe because internet is important to our lives and colleges expect people to have internet. Now, teachers are expecting students to have internet or go somewhere that has internet to do homework that is online. Now, teachers and a lot of students depend on technology to teach students information. For example: Blogging online will help me even though I won’t be a writer because writing will help me go through high school and college. You never know what you have to do when you get a job that you might not expect.

1. What are the negative effects of the lack of high speed internet on the Fields household? What would the family have to give up to get access? Is the tradeoff worth it to them? Explain.

The negative effects of the lack of high speed internet is that they can’t upload websites fast and they are missing out on a lot of things. The things that they are missing will be most jobs because a lot of job applications are on the internet. The family would have to give up television, or electricity use to get access of high speed internet. The tradeoff is worth it because they can watch all the shows they want, but it won’t be live though. They can go on facebook, and other useful websites.

3. If some people think the internet is a waste of time or not worth the money, should the government give it to them anyway? Why/why not?

The government shouldn’t give internet to them because the government would be wasting money. The government can use this money to do other things instead than wasting it on people who don’t want internet. We don’t need to be wasting anymore money. We’re in a bad slump, and we need to get out of it. We can’t get out of a slump, if we’re going to use money without having a full impact not just a half impact.

Synthesis: If we are governed by an oligarchy, process of making laws can be shorter. It would take less time. A disadvantage would be that maybe one person is stupid and doesn’t vote for the smart choice. His/her decision would make a greater impact than one person who is stupid in a huge government.

Divergence: clothing, sports, food, traditions, etc…

Analysis: Intractable means stubborn because in means not and tractable means handled, or managed. Stubborn means not managed.

Evaluation: I regard Hiram’s action as a kindness because you don’t want to give a hard job on a person who is inexperienced. That will put more pressure on the person, and it will make him/her feel bad inside. Giving an easier job will be more relaxing and calm to the person who is doing the job.

Intuition: One quick-talking shark talks really fast so the young fellow is distracted. That is when the other sharks swim behind the fellow so he/she can’t see the sharks because he is distracted. Then the sharks steal his money and run away.

Emotion: The frequent emotions of the friends of a gregarious person would be talkative and happy.

Aesthetics: I will pour snow on the fabric so I can tell where the fabric is spreaded out. Withoug pouring snow to show where the fabric is, I can’t make a work of art.

If states were given more important rights than they are given, the world will go into chaos. Absolute chaos. Imagine states running our country. We have a federal government because it does the most important jobs in the nation. It regulates trade, commerce, foreign relationships, and etc… They handle the most important court cases, and make federal laws that override a state law. If states were given the job of the federal government, they will have so much trouble and so much fighting. Soon, the nation will be split up into 50 states or maybe 2 sides like the Civil War. We might have another Civil War because one side disagrees with the other. Enough blood has been shed before we were even born. More blood isn’t necessary. The whole reason that started this was the Nullification Crisis. In the Nullification Crisis, states can reject any federal law if they think it’s unconstitutional. The Nullificiation Crisis was created by John Calhoun, a strong state’s rights supporter. The Nullification Crisis gave states a lot of power. I didn’t like this because it made the states more powerful than they should be. It also made the federal government look weaker.

3. If the states’ rights causes lose in court, can they have any effect on policy?

If the states’ rights causes lose in court, they can have an effect on policy, but it will be little. The federal government might think about it for a week, but then forget about the thought because they think that the states can’t control the job of the federal government. The job of the federal government is huge. In my opinion, the states are too weak without a federal government. The states will be weaker without a federal government, and they will have a more probable chance of losing in a war.

7. The federal government exists because it is the government that runs the whole nation. The state governments just control one state, but the federal government unites the whole nation into one. Many activities have to be done at the federal level. Important cases such as Dred Scott v. Sanford, Marbury v. Madison, McCulloch v. Maryland were done at the federal level by the Supreme Court. Now, the Health Care Law has to be reviewed by the Supreme Court for the law to be passed. Also, the federal governments control commerce, money, and relationships with other countries. The states are too weak to handle this huge job.
